For the safety of our patients and staff we have modified our office hours starting March 23rd thru May 29, 2020.
** If you have a cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, nausea, or running a fever, we ask that you please stay home and contact your primary care physician**
On Tuesday and Thursday ONLY- we will see New Patients, and still conduct NCV/EMG procedures in office as scheduled. Please be sure that you wear a mask to your appointment, and ask any visitors that come with you to wait in the car. If you require assistance, we will allow one person per patient. Every patient will be screened at the door before entering the building.
On Wednesday and Friday mornings ONLY- we will be doing injections only in the office. If you are scheduled to have an injection, we ask that you please wear your hair back (if long enough to do so), wear a mask, and be prepared to be screened at the door before entering the building.
For all established patients- if you have a follow up appointment scheduled for the month of May, you will be contacted by our office to change this appointment to a telehealth visit. You will NOT be seen in the office.
