Welcome to the Pinehurst Neurology Patient Zone. The safety and comfort of our patients' is paramount to us. We are mindful that a visit to the doctor for any reason can be stressful and inconvenient. We hope to provide resources for you to access anytime before your appointment with us. Patient Zone is where you will find everything you need to get started with our practice as well as information and materials for our returning patients.
New Patient Forms
Appointments
Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m and Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
You will receive an automated call 2 days prior to your appointment to confirm your appointment time and with what doctor you are seeing. A referral is required by Medicare, Medicaid and other major insurance companies. Blue Cross Blue Shield and First Carolina Care do not require a referral.
Cancellations and No Shows
A 24 hour notice is required to avoid a potential "No-Show Fee" (special circumstances are considered).
A $50 fee will be applied to your account for NO SHOW if a 24 hour notice is not given. A $100 fee will be applied for NO SHOW appointments for tests, procedures and sleep studies.Special circumstances will be considered.
Medical Insurance
We participate in most major HMO and PPO plans. We are a participating provider for Medicare and Medicaid. You are asked to bring your insurance card to EACH appointment. We also ask you to provide us any information regarding changes in your insurance coverage or your address changes.
ALL PATIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY YOUR CO-PAYMENTS, DEDUCTIBLES AND CO-INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and VISA. If you are a SELF PAY PATIENT our charge is $180 for the first office visit and $75 for follow-up visits. No exceptions.We participate with the following insurance plans:Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, First Carolina Care, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Medcost and Tricare.
Tests/Diagnostics/Sleep Disorder Center
Sleep Study Room
We currently have two, beautifully appointed and very comfortable rooms to accommodate our sleep study guests. Both rooms have all the comforts of home including private bathroom, and television.

Our office is at 10 Page Drive in Pinehurst, NC conveniently located near Moore Regional Hospital.
Directions
From the Rockingham Area:Take US 1 North to Aberdeen. At Aberdeen, turn left onto Hwy 15-501 North at stop light. (You will see a green Hwy sign above light for 15-501.) Continue until you reach the traffic circle. (Approximately four miles.) Take the Hwy 211/Candor fork. At the first light you come to, make a right (Page Road). Make your next right onto Page Drive and we are first parking lot on the right.
From the Laurinberg Area:Take15-501 North to Aberdeen. At. Aberdeen, turn left onto Hwy 15-501 North at stop light. (You will see a green Hwy sign above light for 15-501.) From Fayetteville Area:Begin on Route 401 and continue 23 miles toward Raeford. Turn off onto Hwy 211-West towards Aberdeen. At intersection of 211 and US 1, turn right onto US 1 and go approximately 4 miles. . At. Aberdeen, turn left onto Hwy 15-501 North at stop light. (You will see a green Hwy sign above light for 15-501.) Continue until you reach the traffic circle. (Approximately four miles.) Take the Hwy 211/Candor fork. From Sanford Area:Take US 1 South towards Southern Pines. Bear right onto 15-501. Continue until you reach the traffic circle in Pinehurst. Take the Hwy 211/Candor fork.
